Sensory Park reaches goal

The Chanute Sensory Park project met and exceeded their goal for the playground equipment as of Monday. Ash Grove Cement gave a $10,000 donation to the project, which pushes past the goal to more than $210,000. They still need to raise about $20,000 for the safety surface before play equipment can be installed.
