The groom is the son of Matt and Sheila Parcel,Frontenac,grandson Phil and Kaye Parcel,Frontenac. The bride is a 2007 graduate of North East High School Arma. She is employed Cornerstone Vittege as CMA in Pittburg.Taking classes in nursing FSCC,Ft.Scott. The groom is a 2007 graduate of North East High School, Arma,KS. Attented FSCC,Ft.Scott in O7-08. He is employed in retail in Pittburg,KS They make their home with their daughter Haleigh Parcel in Frontenac,KS. Honeymoon is planed for this summer.
