County Attorney Dugan changes course

In April of this year, Neosho County Attorney Melissa Dugan decided not to seek re-election. She had been with the county’s legal team for 10 years.
“That has been a long time,” said Dugan. “This is not an eight-to-five job. You are on 24/7.”
