Tribune Staff A flood warning has been issued for the Neosho River at Chanute and Erie until this evening, the National Weather Service said. The river at Chanute was reported to be at 14.2 feet at 8 a.m. Thursday, but the level was expected to rise to 25.7 feet by Friday morning before falling below flood stage by Friday afternoon.
