ERIE — The Erie City Council agreed to reduce the retainage fee for a housing subdivision infrastructure project during its Monday meeting. The council agreed to decrease the retainage requirement from 10 percent to 5 percent for the Burress Addition project at the request of Beachner Construction, St. Paul.
