Chanute man found guilty in drug trial

Charles Garber, 60, had entered a plea of not-guilty to the charge, which is a Level 3 Drug Felony. District Court Judge Daryl D. An injury accident occurred in Allen County on the corner of U.S. 59 and Missouri Road on Saturday. The Kansas Highway Patrol reported Dinah M. Giefer, 64, of St. Paul was southbound on U.S. 59 around 5:43 p.m., driving a 2006 Toyota when she struck a black cow in the road.  Giefer was not injured. Her passenger, Deborah A.
