Altoona man dies after grass fire burns truck
ALTOONA (AP) — An 87-year-old rural Altoona man has died after his truck got stuck in a muddy field and caught fire. Wilson County Sheriff’s Maj. Bill Green says Willard Carter died after suffering burns over 90 percent of his body Monday night.
