Former Thayer City Clerk Laura Whittley has been charged in U.S. District Court.
On Oct. 17, 2011, Whittley was charged with 110 misdemeanors and felonies based on her alleged misuse of Thayer city money.

Erie to increase number of downtown banners
ERIE — The city of Erie will double the amount of banners for new street light poles on Main Street.
