Thayer man injured in crash at 35th and Plummer
An injury crash occurred at 10:40 p.m. Saturday at 35th and Plummer. The Neosho County Sheriff’s Department said Craig Powers, Thayer, was southbound on Plummer, driving a 2007 Dodge Truck, and dropped a couple of tires off the road. Powers overcorrected and struck the 2001 Pontiac driven by Earl Roberts Jr., Chanute. Powers was taken from the scene by helicopter.
