KBI investigating misconduct by jailer
On April 30, Neosho County Sheriff Jim Keath received a complaint of alleged misconduct by a Neosho County detention officer.
“Investigators were immediately assigned to conduct a preliminary inquiry which revealed some evidence of possible misconduct isolated to one detention officer,” he said.
Keath immediately contacted the Kansas Bureau of Investigation.
