M.C. Russell 1924-2009
M.C. Russell, 85, longtime Overland Park resident, died Tuesday, September 15, 2009. He was born Aug. 29, 1924, in Lisco, Neb., to Marion Clay and Minnie Mae Wescott Russell. He was a veteran of World War II and wounded in the Phillipines in 1944. On March 5, 1951, he married Ruth Hole. She survives. He retired from Hallmark Card Co. in 1989.
