Lewis Donald “Don” Barnett, 66, of Iola, died Monday, Oct. 1, 2012, at his home. Don was born Sept. 7, 1946, at St. John’s Hospital, Iola, to Lewis Darrell and Erma Jo King Barnett. He graduated from Humboldt High School. He did his apprenticeship under his father after high school and became a Union brickmason until he retired.
