Ralph L. Mentzer, 68, Yates Center, died Friday, October 31, 2008, at his home. He was born May 18, 1940, on Mentzer Farm in Woodson County to Harley and Winifred McCormick Mentzer. He graduated from Yates Center High School in 1958. He owned and operated Mac Propane from 1979 until his retirement in 2002. He was a member of Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
