Tribune staff INDY—The Chanute High School baseball team lost both games of a doubleheader to Independence on Friday night. The Bulldogs won game one 11-0 and then took game two 11-2. The Chanute Recreation Commission has announced a new deadline for baseball, softball and T-Ball. The new deadline is Friday, April 23. The fee is $15 for T-Ball and $17.50 for softball and baseball and includes a T-shirt. The fee will go up after Friday.
