Clarence W. “Bud” Marnell, 70, of Zephyr Hills, Fla., and a former Erie resident, died Tuesday morning, Nov. 16, 2010, at the Gulfside Regional Hospice in Zephyr Hills.

Among his survivors is his wife, Marlene Marnell, of the home.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Erie.

Burial will follow in the Bethel Cemetery. The Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Friday at the Pierce-Carson-Wall Funeral Home in Erie. The family will receive friends following the Rosary. Memorials are suggested to the Gulfside Regional Hospice and be left at or mailed to the funeral home 303 N. Grant St., P.O. Box 182, Erie, KS 66733.
