Jack R. Dixon, 70, Toronto, died Friday, Nov. 19, at Fredonia Regional Hospital in Fredonia.

He was born on Aug. 2, 1940, in Yates Center to Merle and Edith (Mason) Dixon. On Jan. 4, 2004, he married Vickie Nyman in Burlington. She survives.

Other survivors include three daughters, Debbie Pistotnik, Wichita, Ange Hobbs, Lenexa, and Kelly Perkins, Shawnee; nine grandchildren; a sister, Virgie McCormick, Yates Center; and a brother, Gary Dixon, Wichita.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Gordon Dixon.

Graveside inurnment services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Yates Center Cemetery in Yates Center. The family suggests memorials be made to Friends for Life and sent in care of Campbell Funeral Home, P.O. Box 188, Yates Center, Kansas 66783.
