Lance Sterling Fritzemeier, 26, McPherson, died Monday, Jan. 10, 2011 at Memorial Hospital, McPherson.

He was born in Wichita on Feb. 10, 1984 the son of Doug and Kim Baker Fritzemeier. He attended the Marquette elementary schools and McPherson High School.

He was a baptized member of the Presbyterian Church.

He survived by his primary caregiver, Marilyn Thompson and her husband, Robert, McPherson, his foster mom, Hope Crawford and her husband, Corey, McPherson, his father Doug Fritzemeir and his wife, Sheila, Wichita, his mother, Kim Swain, Wickenberg, Ariz.; his brother, Daryl Fritzemeier, Wichita; sisters Chelsea Fritzemeier, Wichita, and Heather Fritzemeier, Wickenberg, Ariz.; grandmother Glee Fritzemeier, Sterling; and foster brothers Dylan and Nicholas Cranford, Zachery Pierce and Roy Warner, all of Wichita.

Memorial service will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, Jan. 14 at First Presbyterian Church, McPherson. Burial will be in McPherson Cemetery. Friends are invited to call from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Glidden-Ediger Chapel, McPherson.
