Larry Dean Haynes, 52, Chanute, died Monday, Feb. 1, 2011 at his home.

Larry was born in Wichita on Sept. 6, 1958, the son of William Russell and Geraldine Leonard Haynes. He graduated from Wichita West High School in the Class of 1976.

He worked at O’Reilly Auto Parts for more than 20 years.

Larry is survived by his father, William Haynes; his mother, Geraldine Haynes-Berry; a brother, Ron Haynes and his wife, Regina, Bentley; a sister, Judy LeRoy, Lenexa; nieces, Krissey Kauffman, Wichita, Cassie Beckner, Wichita, Tiffany Seaman, Kansas City, Mo., Sheena Francis, Lenexa, and Jamie Francis, Lenexa; a nephew, Christian LeRoy, Lenexa; and special friend, Yolanda Bloemer.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents.

Funeral will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb, 5 at the Penwell-Gabel Johnson Chapel in Chanute. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
