Ennis was born Nov. 7, 1930, at Humboldt, the daughter of James Coy and Ellen Ollie Moody Aggers. She grew up in the Humboldt and Neosho Falls areas.
In 1947, Ennis married Ray Blohm and they made their home in Iola. She worked at Allen County Hospital for almost 30 years, retiring in 1998. Ray preceded her in death on August 12, 1994.
On Sept. 7, 1996, Ennis married Jim Seigel and they made their home in Iola.
She was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church,
Survivors include her husband, of the home; two daughters, Jeanne Ulrich, Iola, and Pam Gurwell, Iola; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren: four stepchildren, Steve Seigel, Mike Seige, Pam Cox and Karen Seigel, all of Tulsa, Okla.; several stepgrandchildren and stepgreat-grandchildren; a brother, Jake Aggers, Humboldt; a sister, Sylvia Smith, Wichita.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 18 at the Waugh-Yokum & Friskel Chapel in Iola. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery, Iola. Visitation is 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association and may be left with the funeral home.
