Larry Wayne Milner, 69, a longtime resident of Fredonia, died Monday, Feb. 21, 2011 at Fredonia Regional Hospital. He was born July 14, 1941 in Fredonia, to Frank Park and Elsie Pearl Morgan Milner. Larry served in the United States Navy.

Larry worked various jobs including Excelsior Brick Plant in Fredonia and Wal-Mart in Chanute..

He is survived by four brothers, John Milner, Commerce City, Colo., Bill Milner, Fredonia, Jit Milner, Rose Hill, David Milner, Erie; three sisters, Dema Lipitz, Pueblo, Colo., Gerry Gulick, Neodesha, Linda McGuire, Stockton, Mo.; many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 24 at Timmons Chapel, Fredonia. Private family burial will be held in the Fredonia City Cemetery. A memorial has been established in Larry’s name with the Golden Living Center Activity Fund and contributions can be sent to Timmons Funeral Home, PO Box 168, Fredonia, KS, 66736.
