She was a member of the Church of the Nazarene in Chanute and enjoyed traveling, fishing, crocheting and reading.
She is survived by her daughter, Judy Funk, Chanute; a sister, Jackie Summers, Wichita; 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. Also surviving are four nieces and three nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her three husbands, three brothers, Jearle, Raymond and Donald Smith, two sons, Jerry and Jim Turner, one son-in-law, Eldon L. Funk, and one nephew, Calvin Lee Smith.
Pastor Mark McCuistion will conduct funeral services at 10:30 a.m. Friday, April 22, at the First Nazarene Church, 14th & Plummer St., Chanute. Burial will follow in the Woods Cemetery, Fort Scott.
