Wayne Bauman, 69, Longview, Texas, died Friday, April 29, 2011 in Longview. He was born August 6, 1941 in Fredonia, the son of Leland Edward and Estella Schneider Bauman. He worked in construction.

Wayne was a member of the Catholic Church.

Survivors include his mother, Estella Bauman, Fredonia; a daughter, Christina Fesler, Livermore, Calif.; a son, Mark Bauman, Altoona; one grandson; a brother, Larry Bauman, Fredonia; three sisters, Mary Jane Farnsworth, Goddard, Betty Jo Ritz, Fredonia, Shirley Tabor, Choctaw, Okla.; several stepchildren and stepgrandchildren.

His daughter Deanna Bauman preceded him in death.

Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 7, at Timmons Funeral Home, Fredonia. The family will receive friends on Saturday, 11 a.m. until service at the funeral home.
