Donna M. Baker, 57, Petrolia, died Friday, Oct. 14, 2011 at Neosho Memorial Hospital in Chanute.
Donna was born at Independence, Mo., on June 7, 1954, the daughter of Earnest and Norma Payton Warrick. She graduated from Park Hill Senior High School in Kansas City, Mo., in 1972.
She was united in marriage to William Baker on Sept. 23, 1994 in Miami, Okla. Donna was office manager at Merle Kelly Ford for 28 years.
Donna is survived by her husband, of the home; mother Norma Warrick, Petrolia; daughter, Amanda Streeter, Petrolia; son, Chad Warner, Chanute; four stepchildren, Natasha Montgomery, Hartshorne, Okla., Ryan Baker, Arkansas, Randy Baker, Lyons, Bobbi Jean, Wichita; and 20 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, and two brothers, Michael Warrick and John Warrick.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 19 at the Faith Bible Church in Chanute.
Private family burial has taken place at Colfax Cemetery.
Memorials in her name may be made to the American Cancer Society and may be left with the funeral home.
