Mary E. Laubach, 82, Chanute, was received by Jesus to her eternal home on Jan. 7, 2012.

Mary was born on a farm south of Earlton on May 24, 1929, the daughter of Thomas Lee and Flora B. Chandler Mc Donald.

She was united in marriage to Roy L. Hutchison and they later divorced. She then married Raymond Laubach on Oct. 3, 1949 in Bartlesville, Okla.

Mary was a nurse’s aide.

She loved the Lord and attended the Church of God.

Mary is survived by two daughters, Sharen L. Harding, Jennings, Okla., and Flora Elizabeth Parker, Thayer; one son, Johnny Lee Laubach, Portland, Ore.; six grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, Ray.

Funeral will be 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan, 14 at Penwell-Gabel Johnson Chapel. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Friday from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the Penwell-Gabel Johnson Chapel.

Memorials in her name may be made to The Faith House and may be left with the funeral home.
