Hazel Mildred Harvey, 76, died Dec. 28, 2011 at Heritage Health in Chanute.
She was born Nov. 12, 1935, to William and Mary La Faunce.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Norman “Bud” Harvey in 2005 and daughter Sharon in 2008.
She is survived by two daughters Carol and Patricia Harvey, Chanute, and two brothers and two sisters.
Cremation was handled by Mullinex Funeral Home, Butler, Mo. and burial in the family plot at Morehead Cemetery.
