William Franklin “Static” Sinclair, 93, Cherryvale, died Tuesday, August 5, 2008.
He was born Sept. 20, 1915, in Cherryvale to Frank A. and Katie Fortner Sinclair. He attended Cherryvale schools.
He served in the U.S. Army during World War II, receiving his honorable discharge in 1943.
He retired from the City of Cherryvale Water Department.
He is survived by several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by three sisters and a brother.
Funeral will be 10 a.m. Friday at Fairview Cemetery, Cherryvale, under the direction of Potts Chapel, Independence.
