Randy Jerome Kreutzer, 62. West Plains, Mo., died Saturday, Feb. 25, 2012. He was born in Wichita on July 27, 1949. He attended Sacred Heart High School graduating in 1967. He then attended Kansas Technical Institute and earned a degree in Aeronautical Engineering in 1969. Upon graduation he was married and had two children while working in Wichita. In 1974 he moved to southern California where he continued to work in the aircraft industry and lived close to his two daughters.

In 1983, he moved to New Jersey where he was married again and expanded his family with two additional daughters, Keri Helen and Rebecca Jean.

After a career spanning 44 years in the aircraft industry, he retired from Geico Skytypers in Farmingdale, N.Y. in 2011 to relocate to West Plains, Mo.

Randy is survived by his mother, Wilda Kreutzer, Alton, Mo.; four daughters, Sheri Barron, Springfield, Mo., Jerri Lynn Adame, Oxnard, Calif., Keri Gormley, Scotch Plains, N.J., Rebecca Kreutzer, Montclair, NJ; one brother, Robert Kreutzer, Alton, Mo.; one sister, Kim Fortunato, Charlotte, N.C.; three grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

The family will receive friends at Sacred Heart Church in Fredonia this evening from 5 to 6 p.m. with a rosary at 6 p.m.. Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Saturday, March 3, at the church, 1223 Madison Street, Fredonia. Burial will be in the Fredonia Cemetery. A dinner will be served following the services on Saturday at the Sacred Heart Hall next to the church. Memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetic Association in his name.
