Janice Marie Adelgren, 71, Wichita, died Wednesday, August 20, 2008.

She was a homemaker.

Survivors include a son, James Michael Adelgren, Wichita; three daughters and a son-in-law, Lana and Gordon Parker, Karen Adelgren and Lori Herron, all of Wichita; four grandchildren, Melissa Meritt, Trent Parker, Troy Adelgren and Derrick Herron, all of Wichita; and two cousins, Mary Lou and Peggy Conway, both of Chanute.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John; her parents, Harve and Ruby Coy; a brother, Richard Coy; and a sister, Beverly Ann Coy.

Funeral will be 10 a.m. Monday at Meridian Avenue Baptist Church under the direction of Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, Derby.

Visitation will be 1 to 8 p.m. Sunday with the family receiving friends from 5 to 7 p.m.
