Robert E. Wiles, 57, Overland Park, died Wednesday, August 20, 2008, at Kansas City Hospice House after a recent cancer diagnosis.
He was born Feb. 7, 1951, in Springfield, Mo., to Harold and Lucille Wiles. He was a 1969 graduate of Chanute High School.
He is survived by an aunt, Lucy McDowell, Chanute.
Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. today at Penwell-Gabel Gibson Chapel. The funeral will follow at Neosho County Memorial Cemetery.
