Winton Brown, 79, Kaw City, Okla., retired owner of Brown’s Mobile Station, formerly of Caldwell, died Wednesday, June 27, 2012.

He was born August 3, 1932 in rural Thayer to Lemmie and Fern Heck Brown.

He is survived by his sons: Stan Reynolds of Neodesha, Bryan Brown of Rago, Brad Brown of Arkansas City; daughters: Brenda Beach of Topeka, Beverly Yunker of Wellington and Bonnie Gibson of McPherson; brother Larry Brown of Thayer; and sisters: Mary Sherwin of Sycamore and Marcie Allen of Farmersville, Texas; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Graveside service is 10 a.m. Monday, July 2, in Caldwell City Cemetery, Caldwell. Visitation with family 6 p.m.- 8 p.m. Sunday at the mortuary.
