Yvonne Louise Penrow, 57, Fredonia, died Saturday, August 18, 2012 at her home. She was born April 29, 1955 in Wichita, the daughter of Franklin Delano and Stella Mae Honer Swisher. She was a retired CNA at Fredonia Regional Hospital.

On August 2, 1975 in Las Vegas, Nev., she was united in marriage to Charles Ray “Chuck” Penrow. He preceded her in death May 6, 2012.

Survivors include a son, Zane Swisher, Albuquerque, N.M.; three brothers, Richard Swisher, Fredonia, Frank Swisher, Phoenix, Ariz., Hugene Swisher, Albuquerque, N.M.; three grandchildren.

Graveside service will be 11 a.m. Thursday, August 23 at the Longton Cemetery. The Yvonne Penrow Memorial Fund has been established and donations may be sent to Timmons Funeral Home, PO Box 168, Fredonia, KS, 66736. Family condolences may be left at www.timmonsfuneralhome.com
