Shawna Lynn Canary Frost, 28, Wichita, died Saturday, Nov. 17, 2012.
Shawna is survived by her husband, Andy Frost; parents Steve and Jo Canary; sister Kristi Mies and husband, Kelly; nephew, Logan Mies; grandfather Phil Webb of Terrell, Texas; and aunt Pam Saldeen of Terrell, Texas.
Closed-casket visitation is 1-8 p.m. today at Smith Family Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby. Funeral service is 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 21, at First Christian Church Powerhouse, 201 S. Derby St., Derby. A memorial has been established with Craig Rehabilitation Hospital, (that took excellent care of Shawna) 3425 S. Clarkson St., Englewood, CO 80113.
