Ledford Ray Miller, 65, Benedict, died Wednesday, August 27, 2008, at his home.

He was born Jan. 31, 1943, in Lawrence to Herbert Ray and Marguerite Russell Miller.

He worked as a sales representative in the electronics industry.

He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War.

On Feb. 3, 1969, he married Karen Louise Jackson in Las Vegas, Nev. She survives.

Other survivors include his mother, Marguerite Miller, Fall River; three sons, Sean Miller, Altoona, Shannon and Shane Miller, both of New Ulm, Minn.; a daughter, Terri Rochelle, Contoocook, N.H.; and 10 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father and a brother.

Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Countryside Funeral Home.
