Carolyn Mae Patnode, 90, a Las Vegas resident since 1956, died Dec. 23, 2012. She was born on Jan, 30, 1922 in Florence, Colo.
Carolyn worked as customer service representative/supervisor at Nevada Power Company for 25 years.
She is survived by her husband, Ralph “Jim” Patnode; daughters, Sharry Hickey and husband, William, and Julia Schoemann; three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sister, Lola McCoy, Chanute; one niece and two nephews. Donations are suggested to Nathan Adelson Hospice or a charity of the donor’s choice.
Visitation will be held on Monday, Dec. 31 from 10 a.m. until the funeral service at 11 a.m. at Palm Eastern Mortuary, Las Vegas. Interment to follow in Palm Eastern Cemetery.
