Patricia A. Stone, 67, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 20, 2009, in Houston, Texas.

She was born Aug. 31, 1941, in Chanute to Charles W. and Zona Viola Toon Hawley.

She married Dennis Stone on Dec. 17, 1960. He survives.

She was baptized into faith on Dec. 9, 1979.

Other survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Laura Ann and Greg Pflughaupt; a daughter, Linda Denise Chambers; a daughter-in-law, Karen Stone; eight grandchildren; and four brothers; numerous other relatives and a host of friends.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Janice Lynn; a son, Timothy Michael Stone; and a son-in-law, Alan Z. Chambers

Services were Monday at Christ Memorial Lutheran Church, 14200 Memorial Drive. Interment followed in Memorial Oaks Cemetery under the direction of Waltrip Funeral Directors, Houston, Texas.
