Donald R. Yocom, 72, of Humboldt, died Monday, March 11, 2013 at his home.
Donald was born on April 18, 1940, in Splitlog, Mo, the son of Glen Clinton and Nellie Loise Jackson Yocom. He attended Winfield schools and moved to Humboldt in 1968.
He worked in the oil and gas industry for Way Drilling Company. He also farmed 500 acres.
Don is survived by a sister, Jean Donlay of Haysville; and two brothers, Roger Yocom of Topeka, and Gerald Yocom of Bella Vista, Ark.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Harold Yocom, and a son, Michael Anthony.
