Dorothy Breiner Ozbun, 85, Kansas City, Mo., formerly of Chanute, died Friday, October 2, 2009, at home.

She attended Pittsburg State College, graduating in 1945. She was a lifelong teacher, spending her last 20 years teaching math in the Park Hill School District.

Survivors include her husband, Paul Davis Ozbun; and three daughters, Paula Rowe, Cathy Fletcher, and Janice Lloyd.

A memorial service will be 11:30 a.m. today at Mt. Moriah Terrace Park Funeral Home, Kansas City, Mo.

Visitation will be an hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
