Erma Lee Williamson, 89, Humboldt, died Monday, Nov. 2, 2009 at the Pinecrest Nursing Home in Humboldt.

Erma was born in Fredonia on March 15, 1920, the daughter of Lee and Waletta Ordroff Billings.

She was united in marriage to Roy A. Williamson on August 3, 1943 in Newkirk, Okla. He preceded her in death in May of 2002.

She owned and operated a restaurant in Chanute until her retirement.

Erma is survived by Lisa Williamson of Las Vegas, Nev.; Vincent Williamson of Los Angeles, Calif.; Georgetta Green of Mesa, Ariz.; Barbara Martin of Tempe, Ariz.; Erma Gray of Phoenix, Ariz.; Cynthia Rowe of Independence; five great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Roy.

Graveside services will be 3 p.m. Friday, Nov. 6 at the Mt. Hope Cemetery in Humboldt.

Memorials in her name may be made to the Poplar Grove Baptist Church in Humboldt and may be left with the funeral home.
