Adam Joseph Schomaker, Chanute, died Tuesday, January 12, 2010, at the KU Medical Center shortly after his birth.
He was the son of Martin Joseph and Cozette Sue Coots Schomaker.
Survivors include his parents; a sister, Tennisyn; three brothers, Kyle, Noah and Seth, all of Chanute; grandparents Bonnie Townsend and Scott Coots, both of Chanute, and Martin and Mary Schomaker, Piqua; great-grandmothers Louise Schomaker, Iola, and Leora Dennis, Chanute.
A Memorial Service will be 10 a.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church in Chanute. Penwell-Gabel Johnson Chapel is in charge of arrangements. Burial will be private.
Contributions may be made to the Cherry Street Youth Organization and may be left with the funeral home.
