Mildred Lefebvre, 82, Halstead, died Thursday, January 21, 2010, at Halstead Health and Rehabilitation.

She was born Sept. 4, 1927, in Chanute to Winfield Scott and Rose Clark Patton.

On Jan. 4, 1947, she married Joseph A. Lefebvre Sr. at Yuma, Ariz. He died on June 30, 2008.

Survivors include two sons, Joseph Lefebvre Jr., Tacoma, Wash., and Tony Lefebvre, Colwich; two daughters, Kathy Haselhorst, Hays, and Becky Lefebvre, Colorado Springs, Colo.; a sister, Bessie Hamby, Westminster, Calif.; eight grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, Roger Lefebvre; a daughter, Linda Lefebvre; five brothers, Colonel, Christopher, Ralph, Marsh and Robert; and six sisters, Ruth, Kate, Elinor, Mabel, Betty and Dorothy.

There will be no service. Cremation has taken place. Inurnment will be at Elmwood Cemetery, Chanute. Arrangements are under the direction of Kaufman Funeral Home, Halstead.
