Laurel Elaine “Rusty” Goodwin, 81, Joplin, Mo., died Monday, February 1, 2010, at National Health Care in Joplin.
She was born Sept. 11, 1928 in Melvern to Melvin and Gladys Booth Williamson.
She worked for BMA in Chanute and Kansas City. She was retired.
Survivors include her husband, Alfred Earl Goodwin, Joplin; two sons, Stephen L. Alcock, Colorado Springs, Colo., and Michael D. Alcock, Springfield, Mo.; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral will be 1 p.m. today at the Potts Chapel in Independence. Burial will follow in the Oak Hill Cemetery in Elk City.
