Eva Rebecca Rush, 92, died Monday, March 8, 2010.

She was born Sept. 1, 1917, in Colony to John and Mabel Bass Heinlein. She graduated from Humboldt High School.

She married Elmer L. Rush on June 27, 1948, in Chanute. He died in July 2006.

She was a home maker and an active member in the First Baptist Church in Coffeyville.

Survivors include two daughters, Mabel Irene Clark and Anita Rae Grove, both of Coffeyville; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral will be 10 a.m. Thursday at the First Baptist Church in Coffeyville, Burial will follow at 2 p.m. at the Neosho County Cemetery in Chanute. Arrangements are under the direction of Penwell-Gabel Ford-Wulf-Bruns Chapel, Coffeyville.

Contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church in Coffeyville in care of the funeral home.
