Doris J. Goley, 94, Erie, died Thursday, April 15, 2010, at Parsons Presbyterian Manor.

She was born Dec. 20, 1915, near Deer Creek, Okla., to Joel S. and Katherine P. Shen McKee. She graduated from Edmond (Okla.) High School.

On July 31, 1938, she married Wilbur R. Goley at Norman, Okla. He died on March 17, 1992.

She helped with the family farm.

She was a member of the Erie Federated Church.

Survivors include a son, Joe W. Goley, Grove, Okla.; a daughter, Patricia Wyatt, Lenexa; six grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandson.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Don McKee; a sister, Geraldine Green; and two great-granddaughters.

Funeral will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Erie Federated Church. Burial will be in East Hill Cemetery under the direction of Pierce-Carson-Wall Funeral Home, Erie.

Visitation will begin after 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with the family receiving friends from 6 to 8 p.m.
