Sharon R. “Sherrie” Woodard, 37, Chanute, died Wednesday, April 21, 2010, at Neosho Memorial Regional Medical Center in Chanute.

She was born Dec. 3, 1972, in Chanute to Jerry Cooper and Sharon Moore. She graduated from Chanute High School.

She married Robert Woodard on Dec. 8, 2001, in Sedalia, Mo. He survives.

She was disabled.

Other survivors include her mother and stepfather, Sharon and Lee Weaver, Chanute; her father, Jerry Cooper, El Dorado; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Rhonda Cooper and Crystal and Travis Todd; a niece and six nephews.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents.

Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Galesburg Cemetery. Penwell-Gabel Gibson Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Contributions to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association may be left with the funeral home.
