Vondina “Bonnie” Nelson Morgan, 98, Coyville, died Sunday, December 14, 2008.

She was born Nov. 29, 1910, in the Morgan Valley area south of Coyville to Esau and Ollie Bell Fiscus Nelson.

She married Ralph Cecil “Bill” Morgan on April 3, 1933, in Yates Center. He preceded her in death.

Survivors include two sons, Wayne Morgan, Colorado Springs, Colo., and Gary Morgan, Parker, Colo.; a daughter, Mary Spillman, Wichita; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by five sisters, Ruth, Sally, Christine, Alice and Evelyn; a granddaughter; and a great-grandson.

Funeral will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Farmington Cemetery, north of Fredonia, under the direction of Timmons Funeral Home, Fredonia.
