Ronald D. Houser, 74, Great Bend, died April 19, 2010 at Central Kansas Medical Center, Great Bend.
He was born Jan. 25, 1936 in Eureka to Byron and Laleta A. Ashwell Houser.
He married Henrietta M. Dinges Prosser Dec. 30, 1972 at Great Bend. She survives.
He lived in Chanute before moving to Great Bend in 1965. He was a salesman.
He served during the Korean Conflict in the United States Army.
He was a member of Prince of Peace Parish at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church.
Also surviving are a stepdaughter, Sharon Brack, Great Bend; and a sister, Sherry Fellhoelter, Great Bend.
Funeral Mass was April 23 at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church with burial in Great Bend Cemetery. Bryant Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
