Raymond “Ray” A. Clark, 45, Piqua, died Sunday, Oct. 3, 2010 at the Allen County Hospital in Iola.
Ray was born in Chanute on Oct. 31, 1964, the son of Raymond E. and Lena Johnstone Clark.
He was united in marriage to Cynthia Mullins on June 21, 1986 in Nevada, Mo. She survives, of the home.
Ray was employed as a maintenance technician for B&W Truck Beds.
Along with his wife, he is survived by four sons, Kody Ekis, Girard, Ray Jay Clark, Iola, Rodney Clark, Piqua, Elijah Clark, Piqua; a daughter, Chrestos Clark, Piqua; a grandson, Jonavin Clark, Iola; his father, Raymond Clark, Humboldt; and three sisters, Chris Craig, Grove, Okla., Teresa LaCrone, LaHarpe, and Stacy Wright, Humboldt.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Lena Clark, in 2008.
Funeral services will be 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 8 at the Faith Assembly of God in Humboldt.
The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until service time at the church. Memorials in his name may be made to the family for funeral expenses and may be left with the funeral home or B&W Truck Beds in Humboldt. Penwell-Gabel Johnson Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
