Phyllis Ladine Chase, 77, Grove, Okla., died Wednesday, Oct. 13, 2010 at Grove Nursing Center. She was born in Chanute on Aug. 17, 1933 to Thelma Stipp and Harvey Clemens.
She married Richard Chase on June 6, 1954 in Chanute at First Christian Church. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, of the home; three daughters, Tammy Henderson, Grove, Okla., Chris Hover, Wildomar, Calif., Laura Dickinson, Grove, Okla.; two brothers, Larry and Gary Clemens, Chanute; five grandsons and two great-granddaughters.
Memorial service will be Saturday, Oct. 16 at 2 p.m. at the Grand Lake Funeral Home Chapel, Grove. Online condolences may be made at www.grandlakefuneralhomes.com.
