Everett Ross, 82, Chanute, died Saturday, Oct. 16, 2010 at Applewood Rehabilitation Center.
Everett was born in Aline, Okla., on Oct. 5, 1928, the son of Phillip and Effie States Ross.
Everett is survived by one brother, Verlyn Ross, of Edmond, Okla. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister Ione Broad.
A graveside service will be held at a later date.
Memorials in his name may be made to New Life United Brethren Church and may be left with the funeral home.
