The Best Yet 4-H Club’s monthly meeting was called to order by Maddie Kepley on April 13 at Santa Fe Park. The roll call question was “what is your favorite April Fool’s Day prank?” This was answered by 22 members, four leaders and no guests.
Last month’s meeting minutes were read and approved. Maddie reported that another club is available to have an exchange meeting on August 24.
In new business, members voted to participate in the Whole Hog Breakfast, which took place at Big Creek Church on May 3. Members also voted to move the August meeting date to August 24 to accommodate the exchange meeting, as well as approving a $200 budget for senior gifts. The meeting was adjourned by saying the 4-H motto.
